The heating oil we deliver comes primarily from North America.
Our retail price for heating oil is based on many factors; such as the cost of crude oil, season, weather, operating & transportation costs and more.
When ordering heating oil on a COD basis, you must monitor your own tank level to ensure you don’t run out of oil. You must also pay for your delivery at the time your oil is delivered. With automatic delivery, your tank level is monitored using computer software to determine when you will need your next delivery; so you won’t run out of oil. You will also be extended credit terms and be sent a bill in the mail.
It’s safe, simple, and easy; and links directly to our delivery department. You can place your order anytime, using a computer, tablet or Smartphone.

We accept all major credit cards, electronic checks, manual checks and money orders.
We’ll give you a delivery date (and time if you’re a new customer) at the time you place your order.
Due to the possibility the price may change, you can’t save your order and finish it at a later time.

You will not get an invoice in the mail. Your delivery ticket, which is left at the time of delivery, will tell you how many gallons you had delivered and the price per gallon. You can also log in to your account online and view your delivery history.
On rare occasions, we may deliver more oil than you asked for. It’s usually a very small amount; and in those cases we won’t charge you. In an instance where we over-deliver by more than $5.00 worth of oil, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
If you paid by credit card, we will credit your card once the delivery is made. If you paid by check or money order, we will keep the credit on your account to use towards your next order; unless you tell us otherwise.
If you live in one of the many areas where same day delivery is available, you can place your order up until 11:00am and have it delivered that same day.
In most of the areas we service, you can place your order up until midnight and have it delivered the next day.
While we send our trucks out pretty early in the morning, we put the most efficient delivery route for each truck together even earlier. Once the delivery schedule is in place, each order that’s added reroutes the driver; making the day’s schedule a little less efficient.

You will have an oil tank connected to your heating system. Oil tanks are typically located in the basement, garage, outside above ground, or underground. There will be a “fill pipe” connected to your tank.
You can identify what type of heating system you have by simply checking to see if you have radiators, baseboard or vents in your house. Boilers heat steam or water and deliver heat through radiators or baseboard. Furnaces heat air and deliver heat through vents.
Most oil tanks located above ground (in your basement, garage or outside) are 275 gallon tanks. The dimensions of a standard 275 gallon tank are 26” (W) x44” (H) x60” (l). Most oil tanks located in-ground are 550 gallon and 1,000 gallon tanks. Please ask our driver the size of your tank when he performs your visual safety inspection; at the time of your first delivery.
It will hold as many gallons as your tank size. However, only about 90% of the gallons are “usable gallons”, meaning you cannot access the other 10% at the bottom of the tank.
Try these five things first. If you don’t have any luck, give us a call and we’ll help.
Yes. Give us a call and we can send one of our licensed service technicians out to get your system back up and running. *Fee associated.
In simple terms, it’s when you remove the air from the oil line between your oil tank, and your burner. If you have air in the oil line, it will not work.
We want to make sure that it’s safe to deliver oil to your home, without posing a risk to you or your home. Don’t worry, it’s free of charge.
